The number of ambulances arriving first to acute, time-critical incidents. 

Dispatch Code '1' represents the most urgent dispatches, commonly referred to as 'lights and sirens' responses. 

Dispatch Code '1' incidents are further categorised as Priority '0' (life-threatening incidents) and Priority '1' (time-critical incidents).
