Compare all hospitals: Proportion of staff with an overall positive response to the safety culture question in People Matter

About this report

The health service People Matter survey includes eight questions that specifically assess health staff perspectives about the safety culture of the organisation. This report shows the proportion of positive responses.

Performance is assessed and reported annually in the July - September quarter.

About the People Matter survey

All Victorian public healthcare organisations must participate at least once every two years in the People Matter survey. Performance is measured based on a composite score of the eight safety culture questions and expressed as the proportion of staff responses that either 'agreed' or 'strongly agreed' with each question.

Target

As part of Statewide and/or National agreements, targets have been set for some key performance indicators. These annual targets are shown to enable comparative achievements to be illustrated.
